Consultations

In the OKC metro area, I provide a FREE* initial consultation up to 1 hour prior to the start of any project for every new client. The consultation process will allow you, the client, to meet me in person and decide if you feel that I am the right fit for your organizing needs. This process also presents me with the opportunity to get an overview of exactly what you want to organize, how you want it done, and the budget you are working with.
 
During the consultation, we will look over a written agreement which outlines the general procedures and expectations that are followed for each project. (Established clients starting new projects will receive an abbreviated consultation and any updates to the original agreement will be documented.)

*Due to high fuel costs, clients located outside the service area will be charged a fee for consultation of .55 cents per mile. Payment in the form of cash, Venmo, or CashApp is due at time of this consultation.


Safety

Organizing projects cannot involve dangerous/heavy lifting or present any kind of environmental concern. Projects that are to take place in an environment that could potentially pose health concerns i.e. waste, damp/moldy, smoke/pet aroma, poorly ventilated rooms or other areas where household pests may gather, could cost more per hour, depending on the severity of the circumstances, or be refused if the project is too much for 1 person.   
 
 
Hourly Rate - My standard fee is $50 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours

Payment in the form of cash, Venmo, or CashApp is due at time of service.

The hourly fee applies to all short-term or one-time projects that are less than 6 hours. 

Hourly fees are not always the most affordable plan for long-term projects that are likely to span over several days, weeks, or months. In this case, a packaged service plan may be more practical.

* 6 hours of organizing    $285.00 --$15 savings
*10 hours of organizing   $470.00 -- $30 savings
*15 hours of organizing   $690.00 -- $60 savings
*20 hours of organizing   $900.00 -- $100 savings

All packages must be pre-paid via cash, Venmo, or CashApp.  

Package hours can be split into shorter sessions (at least 3 hours per appointment). 
Unused package hours can be saved and used over a period of several weeks/months, but please be aware that unused pre-paid hours will expire 1year from the last session, and no refunds given, if appointments for future sessions have not been scheduled.
